Worked in the corporate world from 1981 to 1999 in senior management positions at Ericsson and began coaching, mentoring, training and facilitating from 1995.Prior to becoming self-employed in 1999 ran several major change programmes to deliver telecommunications networks creating and transforming culture and defining new organisational models along the way.Licensed Trainer with the Society of NeuroLinguistic Programming. Key skills in working with people, to achieve tangible transformation in performance by challenging and re-patterning old ways of doing, removing blocks to peak performance, getting things done and creating a safe space and warm relationship for the team/coaching /workshop/training to unfold.
Claire Towers
 Working in a clinic for 15 years with a variety of complementary therapies. Providing a complementary humanistic service for improved productivity in a variety of industries and commercial organisations.Working with NLP to create lasting change in helping people identify new directions in their life.Diploma in Performance Coaching and Master Practitioner of NLP. Key skills in building deep levels of rapport and working with people, to achieve lasting change and enduring freedom to be who they want to be.
